About Your Home Inspector, "Bert"
Lewis "Bert" Cossaboon is a NJ Licensed Professional Home Inspector and a full member of InterNACHI, the leading professional association for home inspectors in North America. Bert is trained, tested, certified, and insured.
Before becoming a home inspector Bert completed a 30-year career as VP for a major consulting engineering business. He earned degrees in environmental science and urban planning and taught courses throughout the US for USDOT. In addition to his NJ home inspection license, Bert is a licensed professional planner in NJ. He is also a LEED Green Associate.
Throughout his life Bert worked in several family businesses including electronics repair, home renovation, and farming. After college, he spent three years in the US Peace Corps. He now lives in Haddon Township after raising four great kids who all attended local schools.
